Business is BOOMING and we are in immediate need of additional service team members to help us provide the HIGHEST LEVELS of customer service to our AMAZING customers!

Service Advisors/Writers Responsibilities:
-Answering phones
-Overseeing service orders and flow of the Drive Lane
-Distributing the work between technicians in an efficient manner
-Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous & professional service
-Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle's problems or service, warranty and repairs

Advisors Earn $60,000 to $100,000+/yr (based on exp)
Work Week: Mon-Fri 7:30a-6p & every 3rd Sat 8a-1p, Closed Sunday

Ideal Service Writer/Advisor Candidates:
-Minimum 2+ Years Prior Service Advisor/Writer Experience is Preferred (Prior dealership service center experience is a HUGE Plus but NOT Required, experience in a similar role in an independent service center or franchised service center is a plus)
-Strong customer service skills with focus on achieving high CSI at or above company standards
-Strong sales skills
-Professional appearance & demeanor
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic computer skills (Familiarity with DealerTrack is a PLUS)
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
-Must be on time and dependable
