Earn $80,200 to $140,500+/yr (based on experience/skill)

**3+yrs Experience as a Body Shop/Collision Center Manager or Assistant Collision Manager Required**

As a result, we are seeking an Auto Body Shop Manager/Collision Center Manager to join our service team in providing exceptional service to our amazing customers! If you are a high-energy individual with the motivation to lead and grow our collision center to even greater heights, APPLY NOW!

Our Body Shop Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:

*Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Body Shop/Collision Center Manager or Assistant Manager

*Estimator experience is Required

*I-CAR certifications are a PLUS

*Familiarity with CCCOne is a PLUS

*High energy, motivated to grow our market and the shop team

*Experience with DRPs (Direct Repair Programs) are a PLUS

*Strong leadership and team management skills

*Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Good computer skills

*Team-oriented mindset

*Ability to identify issues and develop/implement effective solutions

*Proven track record of achieving company revenue and profit goals

*Ability to develop and execute plans to generate new business
