Ideal Lead Technician/Mechanic Candidate:

-5+ yrs exp preferred with advanced auto repair knowledge (B to Master Level)
-Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to accurately problem solve
-Strong Diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills
-Strong Electrical diagnostics is preferred
-Ability to perform Engine & Transmission R&R work
-Ability to perform A/C Repairs
-Any ASE Certifications are a PLUS
-Any Manufacturer Certifications are a PLUS
-MUST possess own hand tools
-Auto Technology Degree a PLUS
-Must be on time and dependable
-Must possess a valid US driver's license
-Familiarity with Shop Software (Omnique) is a PLUS
-Basic computer skills, typing ability
-Bilingual ability is a PLUS (English/Spanish)
