*BDC/Internet Sales Manager/Supervisor Experience is Required*

Earn $70,000 to in excess of $90,000+/yr (based on experience/skill)

We are a leading San Antonio, TX dealer group that is seeking a self-motivated Automotive BDC/Internet Manager to lead our Internet/BDC Team to increasing foot traffic and sales through the successful management & development of our BDC Department.

The ideal candidate will possess:

*Prior Automotive Internet/BDC Department Experience Required
*Prior BDC/Internet Sales Manager/Supervisor Experience Required
*Bilingual-fluent in Spanish & English Required
*Professional demeanor
*Strong computer/internet/phone/social media skills
*Ability to manage all activity in the Internet Sales Department
*Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
*Motivated with the ability to increase department performance and productivity
*Strong leadership skills
*Ability to teach, lead, mentor and motivate others on the staff
*Strong sales and closing skills
*Excellent follow-up skills
*Superior customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain a relationship with new and existing customers and contribute to strong CSI
*Excellent time management
*Strong problem solver, with the ability to identify problems, develop and implement effective strategies to achieve department & overall business objectives
*Strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
