As a result, we are in immediate need of additional service team members to assist in providing exceptional customer service to our amazing customers.

*Appointment Scheduling Experience is a PLUS!!*
*Prior BDC Service Appointment Setter Experience is a PLUS!!*
*Bilingual (Spanish written & Verbal) is a HUGE PLUS!*

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

-Prior Appointment Setter or BDC type experience is a PLUS but NOT Required or experience in a similar role
-Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a HUGE PLUS but Not Required
-Experience using Omnique software or something similar is a PLUS
-Strong customer service skills
-Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
-An outgoing, upbeat, & friendly personality
-Good computer skills & professional phone etiquette
-Strong verbal & written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task & be well organized
-Willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly
-Ability to follow up and provide updates in a timely manner
