Ideal Mechanic/Parts Changer Candidate:

-2+ yrs exp as a Parts Changer or B Level Mechanic preferred
-Ability to perform simple diagnostics & identify parts to be swapped out
-Ability to work efficiently in replacing parts and making repairs
-Ability to perform A/C Repairs a PLUS
-Ability to perform Engine & Transmission R&R
-MUST possess own hand tools
-Any ASE Certifications are a PLUS
-Any Manufacturer Certifications are a PLUS
-Auto Technology Degree a PLUS
-Must be on time and dependable
-Must possess a valid US driver's license
-Bilingual ability is a PLUS (English/Spanish)

-Fantastic pay plan including CLOCK HOUR pay range $25-$45/hour (base on exp/skill level)

-5 Day Work Week: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm w/ 1 hour for lunch
