Data Entry Clerk/Specialist for Independent Pre-Owned Auto Dealer

As a result, we are seeking an additional Data Entry Clerk to assist our finance & accounting offices! If you are looking to advance your career with a GROWING family owned/operated company, you NEED to speak with us.

Ideal Qualifications:

-Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience in data entry
-Fast typing ability with accuracy and attention to detail
-Mature, reliable, and responsible, & well-rounded individual
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
-Exceptional analytical skills
-Experience performing administrative tasks
-Professional demeanor
-Ability to focus on the task at hand
-Capable of handling any situation and delivering high-quality results with a quick turnaround
-Any experience in an auto collections department or buy here/pay here office is a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Accurately enter data on a daily basis
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
-Work with both the Accounting team and the Finance/Collections team
-Gather, input, and verify the accuracy of valuable company information
-Review data for errors, redundancies, or missing signatures/information and make necessary corrections
-Research information needed to complete documents & files with minimal oversight
-Scan and print files as requested
-File paperwork and assist with titling
-File titles, send insurance letters, and repossession letters
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to:

-Earn $22-$24/hr: $45,760 to $49,920+/yr (based on experience)
-5 Day Work Week: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
