Customer Service & Sales Management Trainee

Earn from $50,000 to $75,000+/yr! (based on experience)
*Base of $20-$25/hr (based on exp) PLUS MONTHLY BONUS*

<< Bachelor’s or Associate’s College Degree is REQUIRED >>
<< Bilingual in Haitian Creole & English REQUIRED >>

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Assisting the sales team as needed
*Scheduling customer vehicle service appointments
*Making follow-up phone calls to customers following their appointment to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
*Scheduling sales appointments
*Assisting with administrative tasks like vehicle titles & tag transfers

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:
*A College Degree is Required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
*Haitian Creole/English Fluent is REQUIRED
*Strong Customer Service skills with an outgoing, upbeat, & friendly personality
*Good computer skills & professional phone etiquette
*Strong verbal & written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task & be well organized
*Willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly
*Reliable Transportation & a valid Driver’s License
*Prior experience in a Customer Service role, Medical/Front Desk Assistant, Administrative, Hospitality/Front Desk or Serving/Bartending Roles transition well into this position
*High attention to detail on paperwork
*Experience in scheduling, completing paperwork, and making follow up calls

Our Benefits Package includes, but is NOT limited to:
*$20 to $25/hour Base (based on exp) PLUS Monthly Bonuses, $50,000/yr-$75,000+/yr Earning Potential
*5 Day Work Week-Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, Saturday is Required, Sunday Closed, & a Weekday Off
