Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

Our Service Department Business is BOOMING at Herb Chambers Jaguar Land Rover!

We are one of MA's highest paying, most progressive dealerships and we are now hiring Automotive Service Advisors for our service department.

** $2,500 Sign-Bonus w/ 3 Yrs Minimum Experience **

The ideal candidate:
-Should have previous Automotive Service Advisor and/or sales experience (Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience required)
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Must be team oriented and focused on a high level of customer service
-Must possess knowledge of the automotive industry and parts
-Must be honest and ethical and possess good communication and organizational skills
-Must be on time and dependable
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greet customers in our service department
-Listen to customers’ description of problems and provide the technicians with accurate repair descriptions
-Help develop cost estimates for repairs
-Advise customers on available parts and service options
-Verify warranty and service contract coverage
-Maintain customer records
