We are Niehaus Cycle Sales of Litchfield and BUSINESS IS BOOMING! As a result, we are seeking an experienced, motivated Finance Manager with a minimum of 1+ years experience.
Our Finance Manager's Role & Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:
Submit deals to the banks for approval
Get approvals and/or create remedies to stipulations
Present warranty options and additional protection plans
Sign up customer accurately with all correct paperwork
Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations applicable to the automotive sector
Ensure timely cash flow with the collections of contracts in transit
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
Take ownership and accountability on departmental initiatives
Attend regular manager meetings
Work in collaboration with other departments to accomplish company goals
Assist in properly resolving client and employee concerns
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of Automotive/Motorcycle/Marine/RV/Powersports Finance Management experience required
Track record in maintaining or exceeding profitability, controlling expenses, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
Strong follow-up skills
Strong communication skills
Complies with all federal, state and local sale regulations and guidelines
A proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service focus, with consistent client maintenance tracking
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Be a well-organized, multi-tasker who acts with a sense of urgency
Familiarity with submitting deals to banks for approval
