Ideal Candidate Requirements:
-Prior Independent or Buy Here/Pay Here FINANCE MANAGER Experience Preferred
-Military Background is a PLUS
-Must be organized with great attention to detail on paperwork
-Good organizational skills
-Possess good communication skills (verbal & written)
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS
-Strong sales skills with great closing skills
-Great Customer service skills
-Good phone skills
