As a result, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated Collections Account Representative to join our team at BANNER CAR CREDIT in Mifflintown, PA and assist with the successful collection efforts of current and delinquent accounts.

*1+ years Collections and Customer Service Experience REQUIRED*

*Bilingual Ability is a PLUS!*

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

*1+ Years experience in a Collections role, and/or in a buy here/pay here, independent dealer Collections department
*Ability to review, comprehend and perform mathematical functions; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
*Ability to understand complex financial worksheets and infer information for the benefit of the dealership
*Comfort in working with a variety of automotive-specific software applications
*Strong computer skills, texting, emailing & phone skills are required
*Sales skills
*Excellent customer service experience
*An outgoing, upbeat & friendly personality is required
*Strong verbal & written communication skills
*Ability to multi-task & be well organized

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Conduct Collection Calls, texts, and emails on delinquent accounts; prepare mail and other collection letters as necessary
-Answer phones and take payments with proper phone etiquette and professionalism
-Balance cash drawer and keep accurate records of payments and payment agreements
-Prepare accounts for repossession and complete check-ins of returned vehicles
-Maintain all office reports and submit to the proper supervisor in a timely manner
-Assist in any dealership store marketing efforts and promotions
-Perform compliance audit on all finalized deal folders
-Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, entering information into our database, following up, and organizing the relevant paperwork and files
