We are a Bommarito Mazda, one of Missouri's BUSIEST, HIGH-VOLUME Mazda Dealers, successfully in business over 50 years. BUSINESS is BOOMING and we are GROWING! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated & motivated Sales Manager to help provide more structure and increase efficiency & productivity in Sales & Variable Operations.

*Minimum of 3+ years dealership sales manager experience with an imports manufacturer is preferred

Our Sales Manager's Role & Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:

-Supervising the sales staff and ensuring sales goals are met & CSI scores are high
-Desk and manage all automobile sales, confirming accuracy of all documentation and data entry
-Strike the best balance of company profit and customer satisfaction on every deal
-Improve & maintain showroom morale, improving efficiency & productivity
-Closing deals with customers when salespeople are meeting objections
-Meeting staffing/hiring needs for the sales department
-Maintaining and growing our existing customer base through exceptional customer satisfaction and client maintenance tracking
-Meeting customer satisfaction and sales performance goals
-Manage new car inventory, fill orders, assist with dealer swaps
-Appraise trade-ins, assist with auction purchases, logistics, and reconditioning
-Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

The ideal candidate will have:

-3+ years Sales Management Experience
-A proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service force, with strong client maintenance tracking
-Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a PLUS
-A positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy
-Strong leadership skills
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-Be a well-organized, multi-tasker who acts with a sense of urgency and keeps the salespeople moving
