Automotive Sales Managers for Busy Independent Dealer Group

$$ 5,000/MO SALARY+COMMISSION+BONUS $$

Earn $80,200 to $100,800+/yr! (first year potential)

We are Sports & Imports Auto Sales of Buford, Sports & Imports Auto Sales of Gainesville 1, Sports & Imports Auto Sales of Gainesville 2, Sports & Imports Auto Sales of Marietta, and Sports & Imports Auto Sales of Stone Mountain, and Business is BOOMING!

We are part of the most progressive and fastest-growing dealer group in area, and as a result, we are in need of several highly motivated Sales Managers with 1+ years Sales Manager experience (pre-owned or Independent Auto Dealer Sales Manager and Sales Consultant/BDC knowledge or experience are a plus)!

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

*Manage Recruiting of New Employees for Sales Department
*Manage Goal-Setting, Coaching, and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives
*Build and Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
*Present Sales, Revenue, and Expense Reports to ownership and upper management
*Forecast realistic and growth-minded goals

Requirements:

*Minimum 1+yrs Automotive Sales Manager Experience REQUIRED
*Must possess the ability to be a leader and a coach
*BDC knowledge/experience is a PLUS
*Pre-Owned/Independent Dealership Sales Manager experience is a PLUS
*Sales Management in a Buy-Here/Pay-Here Environment is a PLUS
*Must possess strong closing skills
*Must possess good communication skills
*Should possess good people skills and have the ability to motivate a team
*Should possess all basic computer skills including MS Office Suite and Dealership CRM Software familiarity
