* Diesel Engines and Performance/Suspension Upgrades Experience a PLUS*

The ideal candidate will have:
-4+ years minimum experience (preferred) in an Automotive Service Technician position
-Any ASE or other Auto Manufacturer Certifications are a PLUS
-MUST possess Own Tools
-Possess the ability to identify and diagnose causes of mechanical issues and perform the repairs in accordance with shop procedures
-Ability to perform oil changes, replace brakes & rotors, perform tire repairs (including mounting and balancing), and check for equipment defects
-Ability to perform partial or complete engine, transmission, and differential repairs and overhauls
-Leadership skills
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy
-Good communication skills
-Be a well-organized, multi-tasker

-B Level & Up Based on Experience - A Level Technicians Earn $25-$35/flat rate hour & B Level Technicians Earn $20-$30/flat rate hour (rate is based on exp/skill)
